As a US diplomat assigned to Sweden I had two roles. In my first role, I led the employee and community engagement programs at the US Embassy in Sweden to uplift the morale, build meaningful connections, and boost diversity and inclusion. ★ Developed overall strategy, metrics, and roadmap within eight community engagement programs for internal and external stakeholders: Education Liaison | Resource Management | Community Liaison | Crisis Management | Guidance & Referral | Employment Liaison | Welcoming & Orientation | Events Planning.★ VPOTUS Visit Project: Led “Meet & Greet with Vice President Joe Biden” event—attended by 500+ community members—coordinated with the White House Protocol, Secret Service, and Regional Security.★ Led Community Liaison Office operations. Served as primary liaison and advocate between the embassy and its internal and external community.
