I am currently working as a Manager of Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) at icddr,b, a leading global health research organization. In my role, I leverage my health research and data analysis skills to develop, implement, and monitor IPC programs that protect both patients and healthcare workers from infectious diseases such as COVID-19 and hospital-acquired infections.For more than two years, I have been leading diverse teams and overseeing various responsibilities. These include ensuring standard precautions, transmission-based precautions, developing training materials, conducting IPC training, and carrying out surveillance on hand hygiene and hospital-acquired diarrhea.I am deeply passionate about epidemiology and IPC. My goal is to become a leading epidemiologist, and would like to pursue a PhD in the infectious disease epidemiology field.With a solid academic background in public health, I hold a Master's degree in Public Health (majoring in epidemiology) and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health Nutrition.
