- Identifying of new and innovative project management approaches and tools and their implementation in the organisation’s day to day activities;- Defining of the PMO strategy and implementation of a common project managementmethodology, standards and tools in order to drive and facilitate the successful execution of projects;- Managing of the interdependencies and coordination across projects to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks and issues is effectively communicated between stakeholders and that key performance indicators are monitored and evaluated.

- Coordination of scheduling with application of Oracle Primavera software; - Issue of recommendations for development of the Company’s program of works performance;- Development, coordination and approval of the primary data gathering form for construction-erection and commissioning and start-up works scheduling;- Monitoring of Works performance schedules from the Company’s projects portfolio, correction of project schedule variances in coordination with the supervisors in charge;- Observance of the major projects’ constraints (deadlines, cost, scope of works);- Development of procedures for creation of the enterprise project management system.
