As a Claim Associate at Tata AIG, my responsibilities includes allocating claims, processing forex payments, liaising with overseas surveyors and branch offices to collect tax documents, and maintaining payment records as required by the Finance & Accounts (F&A) team. I handled F&A queries related to payments, posted manual payment entries in the system, and reconciled payments made to branch offices. Additionally, I provided TDS certificates to overseas surveyors, processed co-insurance bookings, and coordinated with various zones and the F&A team

As an financial Analyst, my responsibility were to manage the income of the colleagues based on their performance in bringing the customer. Specifically I was responsible in allocating income and bonuses based on their individual contribution to the company and overall financial performance. This involved analyzing data, calculating commission, and working collaboratively with HR to ensure that payout are accurately calculated and distributed in timely manner. Through this experience, I gained valuable experience in financial management, data analysis and collaboration, which allowed me to develop strong interpersonal and problem solving skill.
