I was the supervisor at our call centre which has recently been outsourced. I currently work with a small managing the call centre from our head office in Sydney. I have gone to the Philippines to Train/Manage the call centre, ensuring that it is running smoothly and our new team are fully equipped in their new roles.

In my role i care for children, do general tidy of the OOSH rooms, delegate and assure all duties are done by my team by the end of the shift and support my team to the best of my ability. While being in this area of work for over 6 years now, i have learnt and grown so much as a person. i have built some amazing relationships with the children, parents and teachers at Mimosa public as well as expanding to other local schools such as belrose public and Kambora Public. i do babysitting, nannying and coaching for children as well as community work for school run events such as the mimosa fireworks.

Assist in general handy man work. Things such as:Fix doors and handles, painting, removing wall, building decks, laying soil and grass, polishing floors etc.
