Worked at Alpla, Baddi as Plant Manager.This assignment has been given to me as a challenge to improve the financial of this plant. The job responsibilities remain the same as in my earlier assignment with Alpla in Sitarganj.Joined as Operation Manager in Oct 08 at Alpla Sitarganj , Became the Plant Manager in April 09 ; Was transferred to Alpla-Baddi in Nov 2011.Highlights  Was designated Plant Manager after 5 months of working Demonstrated skills in:o Independently handled entire company and made it the most Profit making company of Alpla India.o Developing the complete team to take challenges and to run the Plant Proftably. From a yearly sales of 200million INR in the first year completed the 4th year with a sales of 700 million INR Started all bi -injection Moulding machineries at SitarganjAchievement in Alpla India Pvt Limited, Sitarganj Started from 3 machine factory to become a 14 machine factory. Maintained a wonderful professional relationship with all customers and suppliers. Built in a sense of pride and belongingness’ amongst all the employees. For 3 consecutive years was the most efficient Alpla Plant In India.Job Responsibility Overall Operation Management Including Production Planning , Scheduling , HR , QA and safety. Take Initiative in all new product development. Preparation of the annual budget and making sure that the plant operates as per the approved Budget Customer Support and Supply Chain Management MIS Including reporting to Head Office with Alpla Standard tool Profit Centre management & monthly Budget Preparation , review and variance analysis Effective ALPLA QMS implementation Participating and actively contributing in long term growth plans Ensuring that the new Product meet the customer expectation and they run smoothly on the customer filling line

Joined as works Manager in Nov 02 for there PET perform Plant , Became the General Manager in 2007 of all three activities, namely PET, Crown Making and Aluminum ROPP capsSince Dec’02 till October 2008 working with Integrated Caps Pvt. Ltd and presently designated as General Manager (Operations) Responsible for all three plants namely PET Preform ,Crowns Caps and Aluminium ROPP Cap division for all technical and commercial activities, viz Purchase, Vendor development and co-coordinating with Pepsi and Coca-Cola for orders. I was responsible for entire functioning of the company including sales. Achievement in Integrated Caps Pvt. Ltd. Set up a PET perform Plant from Scratch by installing a 48-cavity Krauss Maffei Machine Downsized perform weight from 27.7 gm to 25.5 gm for 500 ml CSD bottles Downsized perform weight from 54 gm to 52 gm for 2 litre CSD bottles Complete overhauling of Sacmi PMC line.

The Company profile: Pearl polymer is one of the biggest plant of Pet bottles and Jars in India.Mahad unit then had a total of 13 ASB machines and 6 Injection Moulding Machines. It was then consuming on an average daily 11 MT of PET raw material and 1 MT of PP raw material. There were around 300 people working round the clock.Achievement in Pearl Polymers Ltd. Successfully handled the Okhla plant of Pearl Polymers from 1992 to 1994 just after 2 years of joining the organization. Was promotes as Asst. Manager (Production) in 1994 and transferred to Mahad. Involved in all new Product development related to the plant. Took active part in productivity improvement.
