The Egyptian Federation of Pharmacy Students is a student organization that represents approximately 85,000 pharmacy students in 32 pharmacy colleges all over Egypt. The Union works under the supervision of the Egyptian Pharmacists Syndicate and the International Federation of Pharmacists. The Egyptian Pharmacy Student Federation obtained full membership in the International Pharmacy Student Federation as a representative of Egypt in 1982. It is one of the oldest national volunteer organizations for students. It is the largest professional, non-governmental, non-political and non-profit organization for pharmacy students; it works under the supervision of the Egyptian Pharmacists Syndicate and the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Association. This is to promote improved public health through the provision of information, education, networks and a range of publications and professional activities.
