Beginning my career path, my deep-seated passion for music and the complex dynamics of the music industry has always been my driving force. At the age of 21, while also undertaking my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), I've managed to gather a significant amount of experience in the music field, particularly in the areas of Artist and Repertoire (A&R) and artist management.My initial foray into the music business began with a pivotal role in A&R at a music distribution company. This position enabled me to work closely with independent musicians, providing me with a unique opportunity to delve deep into their catalogs. My primary focus was on understanding the essence of their music and crafting the best possible brand image for each artist. n my role as an A&R representative, I led a significant music supervision project, curating music for diverse platforms. This initiative resulted in successful collaborations with prominent music labels TIPS and Venus as official providers for notable projects, underscoring my expertise in music curation and licensing. This achievement enhanced my reputation in the music supervision realm.Currently, I am enriching my industry knowledge and skills through an internship in artist management. This position allows me to apply my previous experiences while gaining new insights into artist representation, career development, and strategic planning. Working closely with artists, I am learning the art of negotiation, scheduling, and overall management of an artist's career, ensuring their growth and success in the highly competitive music industry.Throughout my career, I have developed a set of skills vital for success in the music business.
