Every bit of the tender was well documented and crucial requirements were backed by authentic suppliers as per project requirement.During TQ stage, all the compliance was ensured and the role involved negotiating with vendors at final stage as an order winning strategy at crucial junctures.This helped in locating the right source at the right price in many occasions. This role helped in bringing more cost savings to the organization and accountability in the estimation role.

The role involved contract review, order approval and kick - off meetings before handing over of orders to the contracts team.
