Account and Subscription created in CRM is integrated to BRM through Fusion using order orchestration process. Customer Usage Data is received from Mediation and Rating is carried out for cloud, voip and zipb services.Payments and collection is handled by KPN in house custom applications.applications.The project involves BRM implementation for different services, product configuration, rating, billing, Invoicing, GL and other billing activities. The project is implemented in Agile way of working. Key responsibilities are Refinement and pokering of user stories for BRM,Analysis and coding, Packages creation and deployment, Maintain DotNet application for passing adjustments, Configure reports in BI Publisher, Product,Discounts and pricing configuration for different services, GL customization, Peer code review, Code analysis and performance improvements for MTA utilities, Provide workarounds for Production issues and identify and fix root cause.Writing complex stored procedures/ packages to meet business requirements.
