As a dedicated Ph.D. Research Scholar at Amity University Haryana, I have immersed myself in the intricacies of RNA Biology and Molecular Biology, with a distinct focus on cancer research. My academic journey and professional endeavors have been driven by a profound passion for understanding the roles of non-coding RNAs, particularly lncRNAs, in complex biological pathways. This passion has shaped my research trajectory, leading me to explore the Wnt signaling pathway and its implications in TNBC, one of the most aggressive forms of breast cancer with limited therapeutic options. My doctoral research is centered on unraveling the functional aspects of deregulated lncRNAs in the Wnt pathway. In my research, I aimed to identify key therapeutic targets within this pathway that could be leveraged for the development of novel treatments for TNBC. This work has involved a comprehensive approach, integrating molecular biology, RNA biology, and cell biology techniques to dissect the intricate interactions between lncRNAs and the Wnt pathway.Throughout my Ph.D. journey, I have developed and honed a wide range of technical skills essential for cutting-edge research in molecular and RNA biology. My expertise includes advanced techniques such as CRISPR-Cas9 mediated gene editing, RNA sequencing, ChIP, and various RNA and protein analysis methods. These techniques have been pivotal in my research, allowing me to manipulate and analyze gene expression at multiple levels, and gain insights into the regulatory mechanisms governing cancer progression. One of the highlights of my research career has been my involvement in several prestigious research projects funded by the ICMR, DST-SERB, and GSBTM. These projects have not only provided me with valuable research experience but also allowed me to collaborate with leading scientists and institutions. Through these collaborations, I have been able to contribute to the broader scientific community by sharing my findings and insights at national and international conferences and publishing my research in high-impact journals. My proficiency in bioinformatics tools and data analysis software has enabled me to handle large datasets and extract meaningful conclusions from complex biological data.Looking ahead, I am excited about the possibility of collaborating with researchers and institutions that share my passion for research. I am confident that my background, skills, and experience make me well-suited for contributing to cutting-edge research projects and advancing our understanding of RNA-mediated regulation in cancer.
