This summer internship initiated by current Vice Chancellor Fr. Jose CC under the Department of International Studies has been creating a profound effect on further enhancing students'emphasis on research methodology and also effectively contribute to the knowledge system. through this initiative.

Gained a short update on soft skills i.e. basic Excel classes through the initiative driven by the Department of Economics.

A new exposure to components which has much relevance with context to Public Administration and other domains of studying Area studies or the international sphere as a whole, wherein aspects such as Compliance, Governance and Risk Management were heavily emphasized during this Internship. Concepts of Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) and Information Security Management System at its basic level could be learnt through this course. The significance of policy documents and their relevance is to set a framework and complete foreseeing of specific issues and having a solution to the problems which may occur. We were exposed to many case studies and a new domain of knowledge through access to Microsoft Teams, knowledge associated with aspects of risk management, and many related sources. I also enhanced my critical thinking by analysing and pointing out the case studies given to conduct healthy discussions. Finally, I was also exposed to the positive team culture at GORISCO SOLUTIONS, wherein collective effort and the ice-breaking sessions created a strong bond between colleagues, which promoted a healthy work atmosphere.

My experience at Christ Junior College provided me with the foundation for my future endeavours and the foundation for my strengths also to make strategies to frame a proper flow of understanding of the domain that I desire to expertise in. My experience as a class representative also shaped my personality and rigor to shape my decision making and negotion skills from a foundational level and how to address the class through effective communication skills.
