WLAN Test Lead / Team Lead/ Project LeadScope: Verify and validate the mac802.11 feature and functionalities by performing Regression testing on the different variants of Customer’s Dual Band Mesh Wi-Fi Home Router with different Flavors of platforms as per the customer requirements. Responsibilities: • Writing and updating Stress & Stability test plans and brining up testbeds.• Managing the regression cycles.• Preparing and maintaining test reports across regression cycles.• Execution of S&S, User Scenarios, cd-router.• Measuring Wi-Fi Performance of the Home Router with various 3rd party clients and benchmarking.• Planning and delegating the tasks regularly during the regression cycles.• Reporting defects with detailed triage reports.• Validating the fixes provided for the issues raised on specific builds.• Involved in Procurement of equipment’s required for the project delivery.• Evaluating the performance of the team members.• Customer engagement and stakeholder management.

Senior SW Engineer II/ WLAN Test Lead / Team LeadScope: Validation of Wi-Fi modules integrated in HARMAN’s in-car infotainment products of entry/mid/high variants by leading a team of 6 to ensure the testing deliveries on time.Responsibilities:• Wi-Fi Pre-Certification/Certification activities.
