• Led the product team of 6 scrum teams to revamp the rating systems using SAFe Agile methodologies (SAFe 4.5). The rating systems at FedEx processes 10 Million shipments a day for invoicing purposes.• Developed the rating product roadmap to achieve new company integration by market launch date of Jul 2020. This integration will help manage additional revenue of €7 Billion.• Conceptualized and designed a configurable Rating system which will enable FedEx achieve speed to market with new products. This will reduce speed to market time from 18 months to 15 days.• Spearheaded the organization’s agile transformation and helped setup product management team.• Directed the initial proof of concept for Rating renewal with an eye for measuring successes and failures.
