In the past few years, I have had an opportunity to play several challenging roles and grow with the flow. Starting from a developer role, I slowly moved towards product management and then stepped up to the business side. As a business head, my primary focus has been to help customers by creating great user experiences through data-driven decision-making at scale.In my current role, I oversee the entire QueueBuster ecosystem, identify & develop growth opportunities for the organization, establish relationships with partners to hold long term values, manage key business accounts and work with senior stakeholders from various cross-functional domains such as ops and product teams on the design, development, and launch of a new product or functionality.
