Current• Worked in the FP&A team of private equity firm to deliver ‘Budget Aggregation Tool’. Project included detailed evaluation and realignment of actual and budgeted financial data of close to 70 portfolio companies belonging to 7 industry verticals, bringing the capability of vertical and horizontal drill down, and helping in better visibility of budgeted financial statements; Collaboration with investment professional teams to collect quality data, efficient data aggregation in predefined format and provision of critical KPIs and financial ratios on dashboard.• Performed analysis on banking client’s product processors to document the life-cycle events for finance transformation; Led & partnered for various surveys with the application team to source data attributes and capability functionalities.• Recommended solution for ongoing delivery of internal & external dealer reporting for a large Asset Management company.• Prepared process framework & capabilities decomposition for a CFO office.• Designed end-to-end process decomposition framework for COE Financial transformation.
