During this training program, I worked on TCS’s internal talent development projects and led an incubator project. These experiences helped me put my technical skills into action, work closely with team members, and achieve meaningful project outcomes. Through these hands-on projects, I gained valuable knowledge, strengthened my teamwork and leadership abilities, and grew my expertise across various areas.

As a PHP Developer Intern, I played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency for the Order Fulfillment Project by optimizing page filters for streamlined processes. I developed an intuitive, drag-and-drop Module Form Builder, transforming the user experience across both frontend and backend. Working closely with cross-functional teams on the Demand Planning Module, I ensured precise forecasting by aligning with client needs. Additionally, I led a dedicated team on an HRMS project, overseeing essential modules like Employee, Attendance, and Leave, and successfully delivered a comprehensive solution on time.
