Responsible for sourcing, identifying, attracting, securing and closing the hard to find candidates.4. Direct sourcing candidates using advanced Internet and diverse recruitment techniques.5. Liaison between candidates and hiring managers.6. Participate in weekly recruitment meetings, focused on troubleshooting difficult positions and managing client issues.7. Involved in the recruiting for Permanent, Contract & Contract to Hire Positions.8. Tracking all the details of every Client Account on Excel Sheet or Google Drive.
