On a very functional level creative consultancy included production of digital media, creatives and artwork (logos, collateral) etc. I had experts to run online and offline advertising campaigns, with a marketing strategy backing the execution. I'd be involved in communicating your intent, through whichever media suits best- copy, creative (visual), videos, etc.
