• Responsible for Information Technology

• Strategically plan and build Information Technology (IT) and Information System (IS) teams and systems and infrastructure from pre-IPO start-up to the present to meet the continuing growing needs of REGENXBIO.• Create SOPs, work instructions, and policies to ensure compliant and audit with applicable regulatory agencies.• Responsible for Information Technology General Controls (ITGC). SOC, FDA compliance, including SOPs and policies.• Implemented, validated, and administered FDA compliant systems for business units throughout REGENXBIO to track studies, collect data, submit IND, and create and maintain SOPs and Training. Systems include Veeva Systems (Quality, eTMF, and Submissions), LIMS, electronic lab notebook, and SAS.• Responsible for SOC compliant systems for Finance and Accounting to track revenues, expenses, and agreements. Systems include NetSuite, Oracle and Concur.• Implemented and administered content and document management system Box.• Responsible for all IS and IT functions, operations, change management, and compliance throughout REGENXBIO.• Manage IS and IT teams to provide support from desktop to enterprise applications and systems, and laptops to servers.• Responsible for all validated and non-validated laboratory instrument computer systems.• Manage IT Managed Service Providers (MSP), ensured server and network uptime.• Responsible for IT and IS security (training, phishing prevention, endpoint protection, and monitoring of security posture).• Manage implementation and administration of Manufacturing and Supply Chain systems.• Implemented and administered enterprise infrastructure Microsoft Azure, enabling MS O365, Single Sign On, and increased security.• Partner with all Business Units throughout the company to define needs and to develop solutions to advance mission and vision of REGENXBIO.• Responsible for budget and resources for IT and IS systems and operations.
