I am a Junior IT Specialist at Two Point Zero IT Management. In my current role, I handle admin and ticketing systems, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide customer service to clients. I also have begun work to implement and maintain data backup and recovery systems. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Auckland, where I graduated in September 2023. I have gained a solid foundation in programming, data structures, algorithms, and databases, as well as a proficiency in HTML5, which I use to create and update web pages and applications.
