I am a Higher Education senior leader with a record of delivering transformational change. I have experience at Board and governance levels, having held non-executive Trustee roles both at the University of York and the Association of Higher Education Professionals, as well as a local branch of the RSPCA.I have experience in turning around underperforming units through empowering high-performing professional services teams; as well as leading institution-level change. My current responsibilities include executive leadership of strategic planning and strategy, business intelligence, strategic projects and faculty operations.
