Primary Objectives / Regular Work Activities New Agent & Team Member Onboarding Oversee the Onboarding / Offboarding process for all agents Set up new team member computers with required KC applications, programs, and systems (Microsoft teams, Outlook, IFS, CINC) Oversee license transfers and their “agent-ready” profile for going on appointments Send offer letters after agents have been given the “go” by HR or Training Director Assist with apprentice phone… Show more Primary Objectives / Regular Work Activities New Agent & Team Member Onboarding Oversee the Onboarding / Offboarding process for all agents Set up new team member computers with required KC applications, programs, and systems (Microsoft teams, Outlook, IFS, CINC) Oversee license transfers and their “agent-ready” profile for going on appointments Send offer letters after agents have been given the “go” by HR or Training Director Assist with apprentice phone screenings & first apprentice interviews Managing the training calendar for new agents Systems Training & Support Train new agents to effectively utilize and maximize all our systems (IFS, CINC, MLS) Train agents to effectively manage their lead and met pipelines by ensuring agents areworking the platforms to appointments/salesTrain agents to follow our sales systems/processes to ensure accurate reporting Communicate the team’s expectations for prospecting metrics and setting qualityappointments Guide new agents on how to present a persuasive and prepared buyer consultation andmeet team standards before presenting to training lead/director Help with regularly auditing for new agent systems (CINC, IFS, MLS) to ensure effective use & maximum results. Elevate issues to the agents’ sales manager as necessary Ongoing Training, Accountability & Support Keep current on system & industry updates/changes and train team as needed Assist agents with questions and technology support on systemsOther duties as required, Assist with other projects & tasks as given by the Training Director Show less
