But it wasn't until I was introduced to my first Macintosh computer in the mid-80s that I was truly hooked. My taste for Apples that "get out of my way" by letting me work efficiently grew from there.As the CEO of Macserv IT, I'm responsible for overseeing our operations and ensuring that we provide the highest quality IT services to our clients. I love to figure out how to help clients run their businesses more effectively by testing and implementing technology-related tools that simplify and automate business workflows. I enjoy meeting with clients to discuss big-picture business strategies along with technology.I have been Mac certified on all versions of OS X since 2001 and am a longtime member (since 1999) of the Apple Consultants Network (ACN), where I have access to over 1,000 like-minded Apple peers. The ACN relationship has also enabled me to foster personal connections with business teams at Apple retail stores in 2 major metro markets.As a business owner, one of my top priorities is open communication. I never want my clients to feel like they are being pulled into a "technobabble" square dance. I loathe being talked down to, which is why I avoid using technical jargon. As a tech geek, I stand by my belief that IT quality of life is essential for business success. I am committed to providing the best IT services to my clients, and I prefer working with nice people who value our skills and expertise. At Macserv IT, we manage your IT quality of life as if our business success depends on your business success, because it does.When I'm not working to tame IT challenges, you can find me spending time working on my small farm in Central FL where I live with my wife, kids, dogs, and various farm animals, including chickens and pigs.
