Created a holistic data visualization dashboard for YOY comparison of quarterly and annual colleague engagement in the US and Canada.• Collaborate with teams across the US and Canadian enterprises to bolster Colleague Engagement resources, programs, and other community engagement opportunities.• Administer and oversee our Colleague Engagement platform via Cybergrants/Bonterra (including updating code) as well as a virtual community via Microsoft Sharepoint and Viva Engage.• Serve as the US Colleague Engagement Lead for the TD Ready Challenge, S&CC Social Committees, TD annual reports, data audits, and other external surveys, reports, and awards.• Plan, manage, and coordinate multimedia communications to TD colleagues across North America.• Work with partners across US Social Impact (including ESG and charitable giving) to increase employee and community engagement with TD initiatives and programs, as well as analyze data to storytell our varied impact in communities across our footprint.
