I am working here as a engineer projects, here my responsibility is execution work from structural to finishing work and prepare estimation for BOQ,BOM (BBS to finishing item), checking the contractor bill reconciliation of all free issue material and release the bill in time relevant & time to time material indent as per site progress and requirement, determine the wastage factor of tile/granite and try to reduce on the basis of various design paten. and study of the drawing for structural, architectural and service line drawing and discuss with architect or particular person who responsible for that and monthly forecast budget preparing for cash flow and internal audit facing, determine the costing for various work and compare it for economical purpose. etc.

Here my role was execution of structural work,preparing the estimation for BOQ (structural to finishing item,like-BBS,shuttering,concrete,brick wall,plaster,paint,granite/merbel,tile,door frame,M.S railing and etc. construction related all item and determination of material consumption and generate the report to purchase head and co-ordination with site) and i prepared budget for particular project and material indent on through the ERP software (Quadra), determination of the cost for various work, study the drawing for any dispute of structural, architect or service purpose and doing the project planning or bar chat prepared on the through of software(MSP).
