I am the Student Recruitment Events and Conversion Manager at the University of Lincoln, a role held since November 2021. In this capacity, I lead the strategic planning and execution of UG recruitment events, fostering strong connections with prospective students and ensuring a seamless conversion process from enquiry to enrolment.My journey with the University of Lincoln began as a student, where I earned my BA (Hons) in Business and Management in achieving a upper second class. My academic background laid a solid foundation for my career in higher education. Prior to my current role, I served as a Postgraduate Officer, where I supported postgraduate students and facilitated their engagement with university resources and opportunities. I have also gained significant experience as an Events and Conferencing Officer, coordinating a wide range of university events that enhanced the campus experience for students, staff, and visitors.With a robust blend of educational and professional experience, I am dedicated to promoting the University of Lincoln and its offerings. I am passionate about creating impactful events and am dedicated to student success, which is reflected in my innovative approach to student recruitment and conversion.
