Till he joined Suzlon Energy, Sambit was HR leader for South Asia for Invitrogen, India (part of Invitrogen Corp –now Life Technologies).He has built the South Asia operations from ground up having set up R&D, Sales & Mktg, Tech Support and Mfg organization. He has so far worked with some of the top brand companies in HR leadership roles and been a part of the Sr. Mgt TeamsIn addition to this, Sambit has worked on a diverse set of assignments with Nicholas Piramal, Arvind Mills, Ranbaxy Labs Understanding how the business works is my primary area of interest, evolving business owned HR practices is a close second.
