Current- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage & supervise overall Talent acquisition recruitment & selection activities & plan and design new strategies.
- Act as a key personal for employee engagement initiatives & employee branding.
- Monitor overall payroll process, HRIS Information update, personal files update and propose any changes in strategies if necessary.
- Plan, designing & conduct training in accordance with functional TNA.
- Lead the employee onboarding program.
