I am responsible for guiding global customers to choose the right LCNC platform in comparison to custom built apps (React JS, React Native, Angular, etc). Understanding the business requirement and positioning the right product platform to solve the customer problem. Maintain relationship with OEMs & their leadership to get better pricing. Creating go to market roadmap for the customer and close the deal in favour of Accenture. Indepth functional understanding of BPM, LCNC & custom-built apps to position the correct fit for the client.

Currently Working as the Key Account Manager and the Major focus is in Banking Vertical, Government Vertical & Enterprise Vertical in East (11 States). I am also handling Bangladesh as county along with Nepal & Bhutan. 80% of my working days are dedicated for travelling to Bangladesh & other states in India.Product Focus: Enterprise Content Management System (ECM), Business Process Management (BPM) System, E-gov solutions & other platform-based solutions.
