• Handling the ASC’s & ASP’s of Mobile of my territory. • Visiting Distributors & Retailers as per PJP to provide resolutions to any of their queries & grievances, also upload the same in portal also.• Perform audit of ASC’s.• Follow-up with ASP’s regarding spare requirements & PNA.• Appointing new ASC as per requirement.• Attaining & resolving customer escalation (MI Query) calls within time frame.• Providing approvals for OOW discount cases.• Monitoring all KPI achievements of ASC’s on weekly basis.• Controlling the CPC of ASC by providing the appropriate technical solutions.• Daily monitoring of ASC’s not to leave any unjustified & unwanted calls, so that there should not be any delay for customers in getting service.• No call should be logged with wrong customer credentials.• Monitoring ASP’s to provide 100% customer satisfaction in all terms when customer step out of service center.• Organized free service camp for cyclone (Fani) affected customers at Puri, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Khordha & Jagatsinghpur for almost 15 days in the month of May 2019.• Tracking calls every day so that it should not cross 7 days aging.• Focused on sale of asscessories on daily basis which includes products like Adaoptor,Data cable,Earphone,Power Bank,Bluetooth Speaker,Bluetooth Headphone,Sports Headphone,Air pollution Mask,Bag Packs & many more products.
