• Material receipt, issue and return from site updation live basis in SAP.
• Post consumption entries based on signed consumption report and material tracking sheet provided by warehouse team in SAP.
• Maintaining and updating the warehouse activity in SAP MM module.
• Updating the warehouse related reports.

• Checking, verifying, validation of Invoices with to ensure all details and rates are as per contract agreements.
• Creating Service Entry Sheet and Goods Receipt/Purchase Requisition/Purchase Orders Note in SAP against verified/approved invoice and process them to payment.
• Ensuring accuracy of client Financial Statements and compliance to internal control requirements.
• Maintaining tracking sheets and updating individual and process matrices
• Assisting in month end closing activities for client and providing outstanding liability report at month end.
• Resolving pending invoice queries and ensuring payment as per SLA

• Basic & Detail Documentation Activities:-
• Handling Engineering Deliverables & Vendor documents.
• Maintaining log for all type of documents. (Ms-Excel Sheet).
• Follow-Up with disciplines for forecast documents.
• Maintaining hard copy and soft copies of all documents.
• Preparing Transmittals
