Sambit S is primarily an experimentalist who is steadfast in his quest to identify theoretical answers to some of the fundamental research issues falling inside the large umbrella of mechanical engineering. Along with being a passionate researcher, he has a track record of publishing work in international journals and conference proceedings that are peer-reviewed. In addition to his strong preference for research, which he feels would improve human existence in particular and society in general, he is a strong supporter of the idea that a solid understanding of fundamental concepts is necessary for success as a researcher. He works as a Faculty at SOA University's Engineering College right now. He was a Graduate Researcher at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, before that.A skilled District and University Cricketer, he spends most of his free time participating in outdoor activities.
