As a S&D head of my JC my job is to assigned right job & responsible for getting maximum output from there best of ability..3) Jio Center revenue drive through new customer acquisition through jio sim,Lyf smartphone++ sale ,jiofi device & jio phone business drive.4) Network planning - New business planning through suggesting New NOB/BTS. Doing activity , impower retail for new business opportunity & regular activity for LUT side for justifying business investment.5) Digital money business & retail engagement through jio money offering. Appoint new marchant & educate retail as well as customer for Hassel free digital real time transaction.6) Continues Traning & Motivation for Sales team for new product & service lunch. Also reviewing there daily, weekly & monthly propermance & work along with them for there continues improvement, Skill for better result.7) BTL/ATL activity, visibility drive, activity & road show, proper diploment for POP& POSM, faster scheme communication to trade, timely retail scheme settlement.8) Management reporting & suggestion for improvement
