• Execute 7 projects in cluster-I comes under BMC (Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation). Monitor and control project activity, making sure the project is progressing as planned. • Discuss project details with client, external contractor and sub-contractors and instruct them on site issues. • Attend meetings with OUIDF and discuss projects details of cluster I. • Discuss with BMC (Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation) regarding the work progress and changes in drawing as per the site situation. • Checking of all material test reports before use at site. • Checking of bills submitted by the bidder for payment procedure. • Preparation of Tender checklist as per the DTCN for selection of bidder. Evaluation of tender after submission of bidder’s documents. • Using of AutoCAD software to prepare site drawing.

• Achieving construction activities like Excavation, foundation, PCC, Shuttering, RCC, Casting concrete, Steel fixing, masonry brick work etc. up to completion.• Making BBS (Bar Bending schedule) of this project and check it by the client.• Preparing presentation drawing in AutoCad.• Independently following with design engineer and structural updated drawing for minor changes, as per the site requirement needed.• Preparing soft copy drawings of plan, section, elevation from the drawings.• Inspection the reinforcement, base level as per drawing before casting & to be present at the time of client checking.• Carry out all repair, maintenance activity on time.• Coordinate with architects, senior engineers, and other engineers.• Making Pour card and Check list as per daily casting.
