I was spearheading the contractual, legal, compliance and regulatory set up for leading brands of RB (including Dettol and Harpic) along with leading data privacy, GDPR, FDI, anti-trust compliance function for India & managing sales, supply chain, internet, e-commerce, employment, labour, procurement and marketing initiatives on the legal front. I was responsible for implementing new anti-trust and data privacy compliances as well. I was managing a team of a couple of lawyers who reported into me.I was also awarded the Legal Townhall Award by the Reckitt management for successful implementation of important projects/initiatives on D2C, B2B and B2C side.

I was responsible for handling, negotiating and closing transactions, contracts, and consultancy/structuring arrangements with leading clients of McKinsey including public sector and government entities.

I was responsible for spearheading East India retail lending projects and corporate advisory work, transactional work & regulatory/corporate compliances (Banking & Finance).

I was handling and dealing primarily in Banking Laws and related cases (civil and criminal) at all levels.

I was handling litigation matters here. My responsibilities included dealing in arbitration matters, civil suits and litigations in all forums including High Court and Supreme Court.
