Under the corporate name, Grinders Unlimited, Inc., we have two successful restaurants in the city of Eau Claire, WI (pop.63,000). Mancino's is a dine-in, take-out, delivery and catering business that is open 7 days a week (closing only for major holidays). It is not a full service reastaurant with a wait-staff or a fast-food operation. Instead, Mancino's offers a unique style of service that is fast and family-friendly. Customers place their order at the counter and employees bring the order out to the table, which makes the establishment cost effective for both parties. Each location has seating for at least 85 patrons to dine in. Our full menu is available for delivery to businesses and households throughout the greater Chippewa Valley. We've employed over 400 college and high school students over the past 16 years. We are sponsors for the University of Wisconsin EC athletics, Eau Claire Area School District and many other non-profit organizations.

John and I together own BBR HOLDINGS, LLC with which we purchased a 22,000 sq.ft. building (a strip mall located on the corner of Hastings Way & Brackett Ave. in Eau Claire) in Feb. 2012. As the property owners, we are landlords to 4 tenants currently and working on 3 more at the present time. I have to admit John does most of managing of the center, but bounces ideas off me daily. There are a variety of tenants including: Strategic Fundraising (a non-profit Republican based calling center), Happy Nails (a full service nail salon), Benji's Chain Reaction Fitness (a TRX workout facility), and Security Finance. If this business venture continues to be as successful as it has been this past year, I can see us owning multiple properties in the future.
