My job is to make technology more comfortable, less intimidating, and easier to use - teaching ways to bridge old thinking to modern work.I've been a Global Administrator in three Microsoft 365 organizations, with responsibilities including mail system migration, migration from various SaaS platforms to Teams and SharePoint, adoption of Teams chat/meeting/conferencing systems, configuration and adoption of Teams Phone, content management using OneDrive and SharePoint, Azure Active Directory management, Microsoft Viva and related employee engagement implementation, device management, security, compliance, and enterprise licensing strategy. I’ve worked in nearly every aspect of Microsoft 365. I've been in a variety of development environments using several languages, understand enterprise network concepts (including routing and firewall configuration), SQL database concepts, LMS configuration and management, and data analysis.My technical education experience includes designing and delivering operational and system training curriculum, advanced technical courseware design and delivery, and course delivery of “train the instructor” certifications. My project and people management skills have been honed over more than 30 years of managing staffs, company ownership, customer relations, and consulting engagements.
