Starting as a graduate in Alpha’s London office I was part of a growth story that took this firm from 80 people to over 1000 global employees and through an IPO in 2018. Along the way I:✔️ Was promoted 6 times over 8 years, breaking records for the fastest to reach each level and ultimately to be the youngest Executive Director (Senior Partner) ever.✔️ Moved to the US after only 18 months in London and grew the US business from the ground up, being fortunate to live all over the US before settling in Denver, Colorado.✔️ Served Asset Managers of all shapes and sizes - a total of over 50 different firms in my 9 years at Alpha✔️ Individually generated revenues of over $25m through services I sold and delivered Alpha shaped me personally and professionally and was a tremendous place to start a career.
