Recruitment :- Responsible to perform an end-to-end recruitment & selection process for all organizational level- Create Job Advertisements, Screening Candidates, and Arrange the selection process- Conduct psychological test, scoring, and make personality profiling- Sourcing candidates from Job portals, e-mail, head hunter and BLK- Perform, evaluate, and improve recruitment & selection process- Responsible to the employee in - out administration (on boarding, PKWT, PKWTT, etc.)- Maintaining employee database (in - out and mutation)- Maintaining good relationship with stakeholders- Handle employee's BPJS administrationTraining & Organizational Development :- Responsible to conduct training for new employee- Preparation of the Annual Training Need Assessment- Responsible as facilitator to the implementation of internal and/or external training activity- Perform, evaluate, and improve the training design and process (level 1 - 3)- Controlling employee's job license (utility handling license i.e. Forklift, Overhead Crane, Electrical, etc.)- Talent management activities- Review and improve employee's competencies matrix- Responsible to the Annual Performance Appraisal (Assessment and Promotion) for operator to staff level- Responsible to monitoring and counseling New Join Staff in SMDP (Six Month Development Program)- Actively contribute in employee's retention programs- Contribute to the implementation of annual CSR programs- Construct, monitoring, and maintaining employee's health through Health Management ProgramAchievement :- (2022): Speaker at Webinar "Kelompok Studi Human Resources Universitas Pelita Bangsa- (2022): Construct a comprehensive Health Management Program at PT. NSK Bearings Manufacturing Indonesia and successfully maintain 10% employee's high-risk condition.- (2023): Create a Compliance Monitoring System for Contract Employee and successfully increase 80% employee's compliance in corporate transportation rules.
