They are within reach because motivated employees deliver brilliant services and products to customers, which results in top-tier business performance. Today I focus on this as an executive leader in PA’s consulting business and a consultant to some of the world’s most important organisations, helping them to represent the future of business, as well as its heritage.I lead all PA’s consulting services (we call them capabilities) globally and am a member of PA’s Global Executive team. I lead the leadership team that builds the consulting services to face into the world’s toughest challenges, arm-in-arm with our clients. We deliver the end-to-end consulting services that only PA’s unique service mix can deliver, starting with the challenge, identifying the strategy, delivering the solution – covering digital, physical, engineering and science – and seeing it through to conclusion. This is how we take on the world’s toughest challenges; it needs more than PowerPoint, more than a technology solution, and over our 75+ year history, PA ingenuity - in our services, products and patents - has made life better for at least 2bn of the world’s population.I also still consult for clients and I am focussed on organisational agility and building fast, efficient organisations, that are responsive to both opportunities and threats. I built PA’s Agile practice from the ground up, to today’s many hundreds of dedicated agilists, independently recognised as the world’s leading agile consulting team.
