Operational Technology- Perform gap analysis of the cyber security risks within the operational network, systems and applications along with creating remediation plans- Established a global cyber security transformation programme to tackle the highest risks within Operational Technology, whilst creating the target operating model, governance and tactical remediation to meet the immediate issueSecurity Network and Systems- Develop a programme of work to improve the cyber security of security network- Successfully completed this across 12 sites globally to budget and within 8 months during the start of the global pandemic Business to IT transition project (Shadow IT)- Established a programme to locate all shadow IT across 64 global sites and transition these over to IT with minimal impact to the business- To apply a risk lens to the applications and systems and recommend the remediation of these based on priorityGDPR- Locate and remediate the highest risk systems and applications based on the data they holdCost Saving- Review and recommend key cost saving initiatives- Project managing ten key initiatives across IT- Decommissioned over 150 servers- Achieved the Global IT budget saving

Creating the implementation plan and deliverables for each of the 35 countries, 4 divisions and the key functions taking into account the slight variations of the Data Protection Laws within those regions.
