-Perform bookkeeping services for several clients through Quickbooks Online, including categorizing bank transactions, reconciling bank statements, and compiling workers’ comp audits.-Utilize training and problem-solving skills to file 100s of electronic documents per day, maintaining agency operations.-Process new, canceling, and renewing insurance policies using the QQCatalyst agency management system to provide up-to-date information that 3 other insurance agents rely upon.-Access over 1000 confidential e-documents, ensuring accuracy and real-time information for the agency.

-Collaborate in a team with up to 30 associates to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service for the duration of their visit.-Process up to 120 cash and credit customer transactions per hour, within a margin of error of $1 throughout each shift.-Deescalate customer conflicts by compensating the customer or recooking their meal.-Awarded employee of the month for providing excellent customer service to our guests.
