Current• Provide vision, leadership, direction, oversight and support for all Human Resource Information Systems including payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, talent management and training. • Manage all operational aspects of the Human Resources information process.• Ensure timely and accurate processing, and reporting analysis with documented HR data.• Maintain current knowledge of business including, vision, goals, direction and strategy to provide meaningful reporting analysis aligned with business needs.• Review existing system of record utilization, and develop recommendations for process improvements to maximize the system functionality and user productivity.• Act as project lead for Cornerstone LMS project working with senior business leaders to ensure content validity.• Lead the paperless conversion of the benefits department to include data capture that is compliant with the Healthcare Reform Act.• Access the recruiting module to streamline the application and candidate screening process to provide managers a more targeted list.• Partner with technology resources to support upgrades, testing and other projects.• Collaborate with Chief Legal Officer to ensure database configuration and management reporting maximizes the system as well with recruiting, benefits, payroll to ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.
