I am a business and tax adviser, working with privately-owned businesses across London and the South East. I work with a broad range of clients, from fast-growth entrepreneurs to well-established multi-generational family businesses, helping to make sure that every organisation's tax strategy supports their commercial objectives and supporting clients as they grow their businesses, whether that involves assisting with acquisitions, advising on business structuring or helping incentivise key employees.I also work closely with business owners and other individuals, both UK and non-UK resident or domiciled, advising on a range of personal tax issues. I have particular expertise helping with capital gains tax and inheritance tax planning, as well as the use and taxation of trusts.
