- Recruiting lead for enterprise-wide requisitions for Senior Manager through Senior Vice President- Managing and overhauling nationwide talent acquisition strategy for attracting current and former military personnel- Spearheading military vendor relationship and strategic direction for advertising, event planning, and budgetary spending- Served in interim leadership roles in 2022 (5-person Professional Operations) and 2023 (4-person Shared Services)- Onboarded and trained 6 new Professional or Executive Recruiters (2 in 2021, 3 in 2022, 2023)- Led Ashley Furniture to being named as a Military Friendly and Military Spouse Friendly Employer for 3 consecutive years- Serving as primary liaison for 3rd-party talent partners on high priority and confidential searches- Simultaneously operated a full recruiting desk of 50-75 open requisitions with a maximum of 134 open requisitions- Co-directed compliance project for Professional Recruiting outlining redundancies and identifying areas of improvement- Represented Ashley Furniture at 20+ career fairs for internal employees, external candidates, interns, and military members- Organized vendor reconciliation project accounting for over $200,000 in invoice alignment, payment, and crediting- Orchestrated capacity and performance reporting to stakeholders and executives using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint- Coordinating and leading facility tours for special guests and visitors to Ashley Furniture’s largest US facility- Exceeded individual recruiting goal every month (12 placements) with 423 career placements (218 in 2021 and 205 in 2022)
