- Enhance the validity of research by helping to ensure that projects involving human participants adhere to established ethical, moral, and legal standards, reviewing approximately 50 research proposals each semester- Weigh potential risks to research participants against the benefit that proposed research may provide to protect the rights of human participants and promote professional research

- Conduct wellness initiatives for the campus community on high-risk topics and promote the Ten Dimensions of Wellness- Assist in the operations of Health Promotions events, working closely with campus partners to collaborate on events- Appropriately maintain student privacy by applying HIPAA, FERPA, and institutional policies to all communications and communicate information in an appropriate and culturally relevant manner to people of diverse identities

- Ensure the Rifle Paper Co. customer service standards are upheld, consistent, and executed to our brand standards at all times- Prioritize the day-to-day workflow of the store and customer experience teams, including task assignments, metrics tracking, and reporting, and ensuring that all customers experience timely, high-quality resolutions- Creatively drive sales through outstanding customer service- Encompass the Rifle Paper Co. attributes and values, as an ambassador of the brand and its products- Partner with the Warehousing and Quality Control departments to ensure the store is stocked with product to support the business and customer needs and manage storefront and web inventory where applicable- Keep up to date with current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices

-Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and pool openings and closings -Oversee phone system and inventory/register system -Communicate with townships and engineers in order to obtain all permits needed by customers for installation

- Coordinated with stakeholders, administrators, and educators to assess the needs of schools and their students- Presented a full day of professional development for educators of nine local schools and provided over 40 books to each school in attendance- Visited schools for follow-up meetings to observe impact and troubleshoot issues- Compiled interviews and classroom observations into a research paper for internal GLI usage and program evaluation
