Helped build the AI product prototype for iconic communications firm headquartered in Silicon Valley. Garnered and analyzed data to inform strategy for MVP and product dominance. Conducted power user interviews and UAT for critical insights on UE/UI alignment. Co-designed and executed comprehensive testing protocols for pre-MVP prototypes, integrating feedback from internal and external stakeholders to refine product features.

Engineered and implemented automated processes for lab studies, minimizing human error and labor. Proactively created templates and rubrics to streamline task force operations. Codified job roles and descriptions, spearheaded recruitment and hiring. Assessed candidates for motivation, cultural fit and abilities. Trained team members to gauge applicant viability.Co-ran data analysis from a study of over 1000 participants on music and psychology. Used design thinking to structure the next study’s experimental framework, including empathy-guided communications for addressing neurodivergent target groups. Some research results were published in “Muted Affect, Amped-Up Volume: Reduced Music-Evoked Fear Responses in Psychopathy” in New York University’s Integrative Psychology Review.

Trained bots and implemented flows to boost clients’ ROI (average 500%) in social media campaigns. Political vector clients of our three-person team included the campaigns of President Biden, several senators and other candidates in the 2020 elections. Engaged with clients to tailor their systems and enhanced their experience by analyzing dashboards, user interactions and back-end processes. Created a more effective report that became the standard reporting template across the company’s political vertical.
