I have taken my pioneering spirit to the world of Cybersecurity in order to utilize my skills in helping individuals and organizations build a more proactive defense against cyber threats. We all come from different backgrounds and experiences and must bring that knowledge and effort to bear against the threats to our cyber structures. I am committed to supporting those within our industry, learning from them, as we build and deploy our cybersecurity tools, posture, and maturity levels. Currently my primary focus is advising organizations to utilize cyber tools to protect them from cyber threats utilizing logs, detection, analytics, threat strategies, and intelligence. The underpinnings of this focus is supported by LogRhythm’s vast knowledge of the industry and their solutions.The development of my character, knowledge, and tools began at the early on at the age of 10 as a newspaper boy; through participation in a 92 day Outward Bound Leadership Development Program; and pushing myself as a door to door salesman for 3 summers while working towards my BS in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University.Since 2009 I have served as a trusted advisor to various companies including Offerall, Inc., YIRM, PocketLister, TrueSeal Holdings Inc., ILeaped and FireChill Inc. These experiences and training have allowed me to excel in the securitization of strategic planning, development, financial plans, modeling, strategic planning, capitalization, negotiations and implementation.Prior to honing my cyber skills I supported Superior Aggregates in operations and business development. I directly supervised portions of the estimating and sales production while developing and updating planning budgets and projections for sales, marketing, and referral programs. I was responsible for improving communications with field personnel. I further managed CRM development tied to our database for bid generation and job costing programs.Prior to 2011 I was part owner and Operations Manager at National Credit Check LLC. I directly coordinated additional sourcing solutions for the delivery of products and services and implemented a secured tenant screening platform supporting real estate agents and brokers nationwide, in all 50 states.While at Blue Pumpkin Software Inc. I traveled North America, England, and the Caribbean, integrating, configuring, and at times, de-bugging workforce management software with phone switches for Fortune 500 companies and training their users on the best use of their product.
