Manager, Supervisor, Motivator, Success Specialist - to - Trainer, Coach, Motivator and Friend.Over the past 20 years I’ve been fortunate enough to have held many titles and have enjoyed success in many diverse roles. But to this day, few as fulfilling as Mentor…second only to Dad. Whether running a small business or leading a team, nothing inspires me more than to help others succeed. And not just succeed in their role, but help them realize their potential; exceed not only the expectations of others, but even their own! By default this leads to better humans, which leads to better team members, which naturally equates to very productive teams. This is what I call a win-win-win. A win for the individual, a win for me and a win for the company. Success breeds happiness, happiness breeds loyalty, and loyalty breeds productivity. But it starts with discovering the “Why”. Once I, and more importantly they, define their why, the “How” simply becomes part of the journey. Whether start-up or established…on-site, virtual, hybrid or remote, I’ve worked and led in all environments and enjoy the advantages and challenges of each one. I thrive in change and really hit my stride with process improvement and excel in the Customer Experience (CX) world. Perhaps that's why I was dubbed "the Mechanic". I love analyzing a process and looking for ways to make it better, faster...ultimately more efficient and effective.
